We have representation of both Laois and Offaly County librarians, Offaly Local Development Company, Ballycommon Training Centre, Department of Social Protection, Laois Partnership, Family Resource Centre’s, Home School Community Liaison, Laois Traveller Action Group, Offaly Traveller Movement, HSE Primary Care County Manager, Turas Nua, Offaly Public Participation Network (PPN), Money Advice and Budgeting Service (Mabs), Citizens Information, Healthy Ireland Laois and Children and Young Peoples Services Committees (CYPSY). Together we developed the Laois and Offaly regional action plan for 2024 to support the needs of our local communities, drive awareness and create pathways for adults with unmet literacy needs.
