Hello, my name is Tom Kent

I am the Regional Literacy Coordinator with Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board. I'm passionate about literacy, inclusive learning environments, and technological advancements for continuous improvement. I've addressed diverse literacy needs through various projects over many years, and I'm looking forward to bringing my experience to the ALL Strategy.

Meet your Limerick and Clare Literacy Coalition

In Limerick and Clare, we set up a Regional Adult Literacy Coalition to implement the Adult Literacy for Life strategy. It has representatives from lots of organisations that want to work together to improve services and supports for adults with unmet literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs. The Coalition has written a Literacy Action Plan for Limerick and Clare to help them do this.
